All clients arriving at International Airports in Dar Es Salaam and Arusha are met, after clearing customs, by one of our Airport Representative and guided to their vehicle. On arrival at their hotel, they will be welcomed by one of our Guest Relations Officers.
Many members of our staff are multi-lingual. They take great care of our guests, and after assisting with check-in, they brief them fully on their forthcoming tour and meet them again whenever they are back in Dar Es Salaam or Arusha. Debriefing is provided on departure before assistance at hotel checkout and airport check-in.
24 HOURS ASSISTANCE
Our Guest Relations Officers are in attendance every day of the week. Emergency telephones in several languages are manned 24 hours a day 7 days a week to assist immediately in any problem or enquiry, our clients may encounter.
